It’s been a great auspicious beginning. Things started on a promising note. The first month itself has been hectic and eventful. The Post Graduate Diploma in Institutional Management (PGDIM) course is going on in a pretty smooth manner. The next major programme IHRAM conducted was a massive training programme in Communicative English and Interview Skills. This programme was exclusively designed and delivered for the job aspirants, who wanted to attend interview and written test for getting job in Abu Dhabi National Oil Company (ADNOC). For this programme, we had mobilized more than 20 best available faculty members in the field of Communicative Enblish and soft-skills. It’s been a huge success. Of 550 candidates who underwent training, 260 were selected. And now IHRAM is in touch with three major public schools in Calicut for training their teachers and students in Communicative English and Soft-Skills. It has already made its mark and is on the move with more programmes and projects.

IHRAM is a first-of-its-kind institute. It’s unique in every respect. There is no programme quite like PGDIM that brings together the finest aspects of MBA, MSW, Neuro Linguistic Programming, Transactional Analysis and Communicative English. It’s a winning combination that will equip the participants with the requisite skills to be effective in an increasingly globalized flat world. Professional excellence with a sense of untiring commitment is the USP of IHRAM.

IHRAM is very well on its way forward and our very opening month itself was eventful and action-packed. It has found its own niche and is moving ahead with more ambitious projects and programmes. It offers a plethora of programmes in soft-skills and communicative English custom-designed for the special needs of different target audience. Post Graduate Diploma in Institutional Management is one of the major projects of IHRAM.
